Judith A. Tindall, Ph.D., Clinical Psychologist, LPC, Certified Custody Evaluator

As president, a staff psychologist and consultant at Psychological Network in St. Charles, Missouri, she provides counseling, evaluation, forensic evaluation, program evaluation, aviation evaluation and also provides counseling, consulting and training. She is an MBTI® Master Practitioner and Certified Custody Evaluator.

Judy has a B.S. degree from Southwest State University in speech and political science. Her Masters degree is in counseling and guidance from the University of Missouri. She has a specialist degree in counseling and guidance from Southern Illinois University, and her Ph.D. in psychology is from St. Louis University. She holds certifications from the Custody Evaluation, National Board of Certified Counselors, is a National Certified School Psychologist, and has a lifetime teaching certificate and counseling certificate from the Missouri Board of Education. She is licensed as a psychologist in Missouri and Illinois and licensed as a professional counselor in Missouri. She has been HIMS (Human Intervention Motivation Study) trained both Basic and Advanced as part of assessment for pilots. She attended the 2nd Annual Aeromedical Psychology/Neuropsychology Conference in 2014 and AME conference in 2012.  

Dr. Tindall was the start up president of the National Association of Peer Program Professionals in 2009 and was instrumental in organizing the National Peer Helpers Association (NPHA) (later National Association of Peer Programs (NAPP) and received the association's first Scholar award in 2001. She also received the Barbara Varenhorst award for service. She was Secretary for BACCHUS, higher education peer education network, V. President of NOYS (National Organizations for Youth Safety). She is a member of St. Charles Sunrise Rotary where she is a Paul Harris Fellow.  

Linda Sharpe-Taylor, Ph.D., Clinical Psychologist

Linda Sharpe-Taylor, Ph.D. has been in private practice for over 15 years. 
She received her undergraduate education at Case Western Reserve 
University and her doctorate from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. 
She has worked in public and private agencies in the greater St. Louis Region.
Courts, community-based agencies, and religiously affiliated groups have 
sought Dr. Sharpe-Taylor's expertise and guidance. A portion of her 
private practice is designated to psychological and forensic assessment.  
She has an extensive background in working with forensic cases related 
to liability claims, custody evaluation, and parental assessment for
child protective cases. Recently, she has expanded her practice to
become HIMS (Human Intervention Motivation Study) trained for 
evaluation of airline pilots. She is trained in evaluation of
aero psychological status of pilots using a variety of psychological 
instruments that include the new r-pas scoring system for the Rorschach.
